Season synopsis
Contains spoilers for this season and earlier MCU stories.
Lawyer Jennifer Walters becomes a Hulk after a car accident exposes her to her cousin Bruce Banner’s blood. She can control her transformations, but wants her legal career back rather than a superhero assignment. That separation collapses when she transforms in court to stop Titania. Fired after the resulting mistrial, Jen accepts a position leading a superhuman law division, only to learn her employer expects her to work in her green form. Her first major client is Emil Blonsky, the Abomination, seeking parole after his imprisonment.
Jen’s cases bring Wong into court and force her to defend the name She-Hulk against Titania’s trademark claim. Dating becomes another contest between how people treat Jen and how they respond to her transformed appearance. Josh, whom she meets at a wedding, seems promising before disappearing; he has secretly copied her phone and stolen her blood. The anti-She-Hulk group Intelligencia is behind the scheme. Jen also meets opposing lawyer Matt Murdock, then teams up with him as Daredevil to rescue a kidnapped tailor. Their attraction develops, but an awards ceremony ends in disaster when Intelligencia broadcasts intimate footage of Jen and Josh. Her furious response gets her arrested.
Released with a transformation inhibitor, Jen loses her job and discovers Intelligencia’s gathering at Blonsky’s retreat. Todd Phelps reveals himself as its leader and uses her stolen blood to become a Hulk. Jen rejects the crowded confrontation, climbs out of her show and demands changes from the fictional K.E.V.I.N. system controlling its story. The revised ending removes Todd’s powers and has him arrested; Blonsky returns to custody for violating parole. Matt joins a family gathering where Bruce introduces his son Skaar. Jen resumes legal and superhero work, while Wong quietly breaks Blonsky out again.
