Mean, Green, and Straight Poured into These Jeans

Contains spoilers for this episode and earlier episodes.

Titania turns the She-Hulk name into a skincare brand, covering advertisements and product packaging with the identity Jennifer never chose. Jen initially insists it does not matter because she still thinks of herself as Jennifer Walters. Holliway takes a different view: the dispute embarrasses the law firm that employs She-Hulk. He assigns Mallory Book to represent her. Titania's lawyers use Jen's earlier rejection of the nickname against her, leaving Mallory to establish that Jen nevertheless used it before the trademark claim.

The answer comes from an uncomfortable part of Jen's private life. Her dating profile identifies her as She-Hulk, and the men she met through it can confirm that usage. Mallory brings them into court, where their testimony helps Jen win but also forces her to hear how differently they judge her two appearances. One admits he would not have dated ordinary Jennifer. After the ruling halts Titania's use of the name, Mallory acknowledges what Jen endured and tells her she deserves better treatment.

Nikki and Pug meanwhile search for clothes that will fit Jen in both forms. Pug's fashion contact leads them through a shop selling counterfeit superhero merchandise before they reach designer Luke Jacobson. He is initially interested in superhero combat wear rather than office clothing, but the challenge of Jen's changing size wins him over. Jen collects her new outfits after the case and finds that Luke has made something extra. Elsewhere in his workshop, a gold Daredevil helmet waits for another client.
