Jennifer arrives at her friend Lulu's wedding as She-Hulk, hoping to enjoy the confidence and attention her new appearance brings. Lulu asks her to remain Jennifer so that the bride can be the centre of attention. Jen agrees, then finds herself assigned chores instead of being celebrated for her career. Titania's arrival makes the visit worse. She is attending with a groomsman, and Jen's warning that she is there to cause trouble receives little sympathy from the other guests.
Josh, a friend of the groom, offers Jen a welcome conversation without demanding She-Hulk. Their encounter is interrupted by more wedding duties, and Jen eventually drinks heavily at the reception. Titania follows her outside and attacks, pressing her to transform. Jen struggles at first, then changes and fights back. Titania falls and damages her veneers, leaving humiliated as guests record the scene. Lulu, now drunk herself, is delighted to see She-Hulk at the wedding rather than angry about the disruption.
At GLK&H, Mallory and Nikki handle Mr. Immortal's former spouses. He has repeatedly staged his own death to avoid ending relationships honestly, relying on his ability to revive. Nikki negotiates compensation that gets the parties through the dispute. Their investigation also leads to Intelligencia, a website carrying vicious posts and death threats against She-Hulk. Although Mallory advises keeping it from Jen, Nikki leaves her a warning. A separate laboratory scene shows a renewed plan to obtain Jen's blood under instructions from someone called HulkKing.
