Wanda's pregnancy advances within hours as she and Vision adjust to a colorful new home. Dr. Nielson examines her before his planned holiday, but the couple cannot explain how quickly the baby is growing. Vision notices Herb cutting through a concrete wall outside. Inside, Wanda decorates a nursery with magic while they debate names: she wants Tommy, and Vision prefers Billy. Her changing condition also disrupts her powers, bringing household objects to life and knocking out the neighborhood's electricity.
When Vision suggests that something is wrong with Westview, their conversation abruptly repeats without his warning. Wanda soon goes into labor, and Vision runs to fetch the doctor. Geraldine arrives, and Wanda tries to hide her pregnancy while also dealing with a stork wandering through the room, but the contractions force her to ask for help. Geraldine assists with the birth of Tommy. Vision returns, and a second baby follows, giving them Billy as well.
Outside, Agnes and Herb question Geraldine's place in town. She has no home or family there, and Herb struggles to finish an explanation before Agnes silences him. Wanda tells Geraldine that she also had a twin, Pietro. Geraldine unexpectedly mentions his death at Ultron's hands, then Wanda notices the sword emblem on her necklace. By the time Vision returns, Geraldine has vanished. Wanda says she hurried home, while outside Westview Geraldine is thrown through an energy barrier and surrounded by armed personnel.
