The family travels to Tuscany for Caroline’s wedding to Peter Munion. Roman distrusts Peter’s business history, but Caroline dismisses his concerns. Shiv stays away from a board discussion and remains resentful that Roman has gained favor with Logan. At the wedding, Connor proposes to Willa in front of the guests, hoping to redirect questions about her past. Kendall later asks Logan to accept the buyout offered at his birthday so he can leave Waystar; Logan refuses and brings up the young waiter’s death to accuse Kendall of hypocrisy. Caroline tells Shiv she never wanted children, prompting Shiv to speak cruelly to Tom about their marriage.
Roman visits Matsson and learns that he wants a merger of equals rather than a simple purchase of GoJo. Logan accepts the changed proposal, but a meeting with the bankers is derailed when Roman accidentally sends his father an explicit photo meant for Gerri. Logan considers firing Gerri to limit the damage, while Roman argues against it. Shiv suggests Gerri file a complaint against Roman, but Gerri declines. Meanwhile, GoJo’s stock rises after Matsson hints online that new financing is coming. At Kendall’s villa, he drinks alone and lies face-down on a pool float, letting his head sink beneath the water. The episode ends with his siblings unaware of the immediate danger as the family’s business plans and private grievances continue to collide.
