Kendall breaks down and admits to Shiv and Roman that he was responsible for the waiter’s death at Shiv’s wedding. His siblings comfort him, and they remember a clause in Logan and Caroline’s divorce agreement that gives them a vote over changes in company control. They decide to act together and confront Logan. Tom realizes Shiv has not considered his place in the alliance; he later signals to Greg that change is coming and offers him a deal. At Logan’s villa, the siblings try to stop the sale, but Caroline has renegotiated the divorce terms with Logan and removed their voting power. Logan refuses to change course. Gerri also declines to help them. Tom arrives, and Shiv understands that he warned Logan about their plan.
