The Roys prepare to launch Living+, Logan's proposed residential community business, at Waystar's investor event in Los Angeles. Matsson tells Shiv he dislikes the project and reveals her brothers' attempt to wreck the sale. Kendall and Roman admit their intentions when she confronts them. Roman visits studio executive Joy Palmer, who questions ATN's support for Mencken, and fires her after feeling dismissed. Gerri warns him about the consequences of ignoring employment procedures and tells him he is not Logan. Roman fires her too, then immediately doubts what he has done. Kendall backs his brother while pressing ahead with increasingly ambitious plans for the presentation.
Kendall wants Living+ to raise Waystar's share price enough to make the acquisition too expensive. He pushes optimistic financial projections and has Greg arrange an edit of Logan's recorded remarks promising doubled earnings. Shiv persuades Roman to question the presentation, but Roman withdraws his own participation rather than stopping Kendall. Karl warns Kendall against making promises he cannot support. The launch nevertheless goes well: Kendall works through an uncertain opening and defuses a hostile tweet from Matsson, which Shiv gets Matsson to delete. Shiv and Tom reconnect and discuss their marriage, with Tom admitting how much he values wealth. Roman repeatedly watches an edited clip of Logan insulting him, while Kendall swims in the ocean after his success.
