Season synopsis

The heist resumes with police searching the Toledo estate, while the Professor’s planted clues keep them busy and the robbers wait without contact from him. Inside the Mint, that silence fuels a mutiny: Tokyo turns Denver and Rio against Berlin, who throws her out and leaves her in police custody. The Professor arranges her escape with help from Serbian allies, but his meeting with Raquel prevents him from warning Tokyo not to return. She rides back into the Mint during a police confrontation, and Moscow is shot while helping open the door and later dies from his wounds. Earlier, Helsinki smothers Oslo, who has remained incapacitated since the hostage escape. Raquel eventually works out that Salva is the Professor, but her arrest and the crew’s turmoil leave both heist and relationship exposed.
As police prepare to storm the building, the team races to finish a tunnel to the Professor’s hangar and move the newly printed money. Raquel locates the hangar, then is arrested while visiting Ángel in hospital. Officers threaten her with losing custody of her daughter unless she gives up the location. She does, and the police head there while the robbers are still escaping through the tunnel. Berlin stays behind at the Mint to hold off the advancing officers, refusing the Professor’s pleas to come through. Their final exchange confirms they are brothers, and Berlin is killed by police gunfire as the others get away. Disguised and split among vehicles, the surviving crew leaves the hangar before police arrive. A year later, Raquel follows coordinates hidden on the postcards Salva gave her and meets him in the Philippines.
