Rising Storm
Tigerclaw has been driven out of ThunderClan, but Fireheart cannot shake the sense that he is still out there in the forest waiting for a chance to strike.
About
Rising Storm is a fantasy novel by Erin Hunter, published in 2004 as the fourth book of the Warriors sequence and written by Kate Cary under the series pen name.
Fireheart has become the deputy of ThunderClan, which is the position he has been working towards, and it has arrived at the worst possible time. The cat who held the post before him, Tigerclaw, was exiled for what he did to the leader, and Fireheart is convinced that he is somewhere in the forest waiting for an opportunity. Bluestar has been left badly damaged by the betrayal and is not the cat she was, which leaves the running of the Clan to Fireheart. On top of that, one of the apprentices is carrying a secret and the forest is going through a summer that grows hotter every day.
