Fix a Daybreak Island Decoration That Adds No Prosperity
On this page
If a new decoration adds no Prosperity, check its Type Limit before placing another copy. This is for an existing Daybreak Island in Whiteout Survival; the island’s dock becomes available at Furnace Level 19. Island access
Check which copies count
Each decoration type has a limit on how many copies contribute bonuses. Once you reach it, extra copies don’t add another bonus, and higher-level decorations take priority. Compare the type’s limit with the copies already placed. Type Limits
For example, suppose a type allows two counted copies. If you place two strong copies and one weaker copy, only the strongest two contribute. Two is just this example’s limit; check the decoration you’re using. Bonus priority
At the cap, choose an owned decoration whose type still has capacity, or an owned copy stronger than one currently counted. Place it and check the change in Prosperity and bonuses before adding anything else. Placing and upgrading decorations can raise Prosperity, subject to that limit. Increase Prosperity
Restore pieces lost during rearranging
If totals fell after changing your layout, check which useful decorations you retrieved. Removing counted decorations can reduce their contribution. Retrieved decorations
Look in Island Storehouse if a whole type vanished: the retrieve-all control can store every placed copy of the selected type. Put the pieces you meant to keep back on the island, then recheck the totals. Missing decorations
When rearranging production, place Lumber Camps near remaining trees. For another bonus decision, compare a pet refinement before replacing its stats.
