Meadow remains distressed by Jackie Jr.'s death and wants to leave college for Europe. Carmela arranges an appointment with Dr. Wendy Kobler, but the therapist supports the possibility of travel rather than persuading Meadow to stay. An argument with her parents escalates when Meadow directly challenges Tony about his criminal life. After disappearing from the house, she returns to Columbia and registers for classes instead of going abroad. Adriana faces a different rupture when the FBI brings her in for questioning.
