Tony travels to Naples with Paulie and Christopher to negotiate a stolen-car arrangement. He discovers that Annalisa runs the Italian family while her father is mentally impaired and her husband is imprisoned. Tony is uncomfortable negotiating with a woman, but adjusts when he sees her authority. He agrees to a lower price for the cars in exchange for bringing Furio to New Jersey, with the possibility of obtaining more men through the same relationship.
The travellers have very different visits. Paulie hopes to reconnect with his ancestry but finds the language and local customs less welcoming than he expected. Christopher spends much of the trip using heroin instead of seeing the sights he had planned to visit. Tony declines Annalisa's sexual invitation and keeps their dealings focused on business. By the time they return home, the trip has produced a useful agreement alongside considerable personal disappointment.
Back in New Jersey, Angie tells Carmela and Rosalie how unhappy she is since Pussy returned. Carmela urges her to preserve her marriage despite Angie's distress. Pussy has his own problem after Jimmy Bones spots him with Skip Lipari, threatening the cover story for his FBI meetings. He goes to Jimmy's home and kills him with a hammer. His attempt to protect his secret continues while Angie remains increasingly angry about their life together.
