Homelander learns Soldier Boy is alive, while Black Noir removes his tracker and disappears. Butcher and Hughie agree to help Soldier Boy kill the remaining members of Payback in exchange for his help against Homelander. Their next targets are the TNT Twins, who are hosting the superhero sex party Herogasm. Annie and Mother's Milk head there to protect people who will be caught in the confrontation rather than join the bargain.
Hughie meets A-Train at the house and receives an apology for Robin's death, but answers it with a punch. His attempt to teleport Annie away without her agreement deepens their argument over his need to save her. Soldier Boy confronts the twins and releases a blast that devastates the gathering. A-Train kills Blue Hawk in revenge for the attack on his brother, then collapses with another heart attack after using his speed.
Homelander arrives and fights Soldier Boy. Butcher and Hughie join in with their temporary powers, briefly holding Homelander down before he breaks free and escapes. Annie and Mother's Milk stay with the injured. Elsewhere, Kimiko fights her way out of Nina's captivity and frees Frenchie despite having no powers. After seeing the casualties at Herogasm, Annie publicly identifies Homelander and Soldier Boy as dangers and quits the Seven. She refuses to keep helping Vought hide what its heroes do.
