Miss Minutes shows Renslayer a recording of He Who Remains praising her command of his army, then ordering her memories erased after promising they would rule together. The pair decide they can take the TVA themselves. At headquarters, Timely meets O.B., whose work inspired the handbook that inspired Timely in turn. They prepare a Throughput Multiplier to increase the Loom's capacity. B-15 offers Dox's detained hunters a chance to help defend the agency, but Renslayer offers them restored lives for joining her instead. Only Brad agrees. The others, including Dox, are crushed to death, and Brad kidnaps Timely before the repair can begin.
Loki and Sylvie search for Timely while Miss Minutes interferes with the TVA's systems. In the corridors, Loki encounters the earlier version of himself who slipped into this moment and prunes him, completing the extraction seen before. O.B. reboots the system to disable Miss Minutes, also removing the barriers that suppress magic. Sylvie can then enchant Brad and make him prune Renslayer, freeing Timely. His aura opens the Loom's blast doors, and he volunteers to carry the multiplier outside because he understands the equipment. The radiation destroys him almost immediately, leaving the device unused. With the team still inside the control room, the Loom explodes and its light rushes towards them.
