Daenerys meets the masters outside Meereen and makes clear that she expects their surrender. She mounts Drogon, joins Rhaegal and Viserion and burns a ship while the Dothraki attack the Sons of the Harpy. Grey Worm kills two masters and spares Yezzan to carry a warning. Theon and Yara offer their fleet in exchange for help against Euron. Daenerys accepts their support on the condition that the Ironborn abandon raiding. Near Winterfell, Sansa warns Jon that Ramsay will set a trap, while Davos finds the remains of Shireen's pyre and the toy he made for her.
Ramsay releases Rickon and shoots arrows as the boy runs toward Jon. The final arrow kills Rickon just before Jon reaches him. Jon charges in anger, drawing his army into a battle that leaves them surrounded by Bolton spearmen and a wall of bodies. He nearly suffocates in the crush before the Knights of the Vale arrive with Sansa and Littlefinger, breaking Ramsay's forces. Tormund kills Smalljon, and Ramsay retreats to Winterfell. Wun Wun smashes the gate, allowing Jon's men inside, but Ramsay kills the wounded giant with an arrow. Jon beats Ramsay and stops when he sees Sansa. Later, she visits Ramsay in the kennels, where his starved hounds turn on him. Sansa walks away as they kill him, with Winterfell restored to the Starks.
