Walt, Jesse and Mike meet Declan to discuss the stolen methylamine. Declan offers to buy it and remove Walt’s blue meth from the market; Walt instead offers to sell through Declan’s network and pay Mike five million dollars for his share. Declan accepts after Walt makes clear that he is Heisenberg. Jesse tries to collect his money and leave, but Walt insults him and Jesse walks away without it. Meanwhile, Hank and Gomez search Mike’s home and find nothing. They later arrest Dan Wachsberger, the lawyer who handles Mike’s payments, giving the DEA a path to Mike’s jailed crew.
Walt overhears Gomez tell Hank that Dan has been arrested and may reveal what he knows, then warns Mike by phone. Mike escapes from a park, leaving Kaylee behind. He asks Saul to retrieve his go bag, but Saul fears the DEA will follow him; Walt volunteers to get it. Walt demands the names of Mike’s imprisoned men before handing it over. Mike takes the bag anyway and scolds Walt for ruining the arrangement Gus built. The revolver is missing because Walt has already stolen it. He returns and shoots Mike. Mortally wounded, Mike reaches a riverbank. Walt follows and realizes he could have asked Lydia for the names instead. He tries to apologize; Mike tells him to let him die in peace, then succumbs.
