Henry is taken to hospital after the rescue, and President Taylor visits as doctors prepare him for surgery. She acknowledges that he was right about Roger's murder and asks Bill to bring their estranged daughter Olivia to her. Aaron Pierce finds Olivia and tells her Henry has been shot. Dubaku prepares to flee with Marika, who still believes he is an importer named Samuel. He meets Ryan Burnett to arrange escape papers and recognizes a plan to kill him. Dubaku protects himself by threatening to release a file naming his American collaborators if anything happens to him or Marika, forcing Burnett to help him leave.
Jack and Renee find Marika packing and show her who her boyfriend really is. Although frightened, she agrees to meet Dubaku's driver and let the FBI follow her phone. Rosa objects, and Renee promises to keep her sister safe. Chloe tracks Marika from the FBI while Janis, suspicious of Chloe's role, tries to access her computer. Jack and Renee follow the driver but police stop them on a Bureau warrant. Larry tries to have them released. Sean Hillinger calls Burnett and reveals that he issued the warrant and has been monitoring Larry's calls. Burnett warns Dubaku that Marika is cooperating, and Dubaku says he will deal with her himself.
