Werewolf in Seattle
Colin McDowell is the leader of the Trevelyans in Scotland and has no wish to inherit his aunt's mansion in the San Juan islands off Washington.
About
Werewolf in Seattle is a paranormal romance by the American writer Vicki Lewis Thompson, published in 2012 as a Wild About You novel. It puts a Scottish pack leader in the Pacific Northwest and then makes the trip worth his while.
Colin McDowell has no interest in flying halfway around the world to deal with the house his aunt Geraldine left him; as the leader of the Trevelyans he has a pack to run in Scotland. He goes because he has no choice, and finds the estate in the San Juan islands in better shape than he expected.
Luna Reynaud is the young secretary his aunt hired shortly before she died, and she has worked out a clever plan for turning the mansion into a resort. She is also, Colin notices, beautiful. Both facts intrigue him until he learns that Luna is a half-breed, and a pack leader is not supposed to mate with a woman who is part human. The novel works on the question of what he will do with a rule he has always taken for granted.
