The boys debate what happens to people Chris and Snoop take into vacant houses, inventing stories about zombies until Dukie shows Randy that the victims are dead. Randy admits he helped Little Kevin lure Lex to his death. At school, Prez uses detention and small rewards to manage his class. Colvin and Parenti consider pupils for a separate program. Carcetti gives the murdered-witness story to Tony Gray, hoping Gray will draw votes from Royce. Gray sees the maneuver but agrees to use the information. Royce blames Burrell for the news and turns to Rawls to contain the fallout.
Prez gives Dukie food and help, only to learn that his family sells the clothes he receives for drug money. He also learns why Michael cannot stay for detention: Bug needs him after school. Colvin and Parenti select corner children for their separate class. Meanwhile, Marlo arranges to frame Omar for murder. Chris robs Andre’s shop, kills a delivery woman and orders Andre to identify Omar as the attacker. Herc’s team sets up a surveillance camera near Marlo’s meeting place, but the crew notices it. Marlo agrees to cooperate with Proposition Joe’s group in exchange for information about who is investigating him.
