Tall, Dark...Westmoreland!

Tall, Dark...Westmoreland! Is a romance novel by the American writer Brenda Jackson, published by Silhouette in 2009.

The book opens at a masquerade ball, where Olivia Jeffries, who has wanted for a long time to do something reckless, meets a man whose face she cannot see properly and whose name she does not ask for. The attraction between them is immediate and lasts longer than the evening. Days later she discovers that the man is Reginald Westmoreland, her father's oldest rival and the last person she could bring home. Olivia decides to keep away from him, and Reggie does not accept the decision, pursuing her with tactics that include pressure she has not agreed to. The novel works on the question of how far she will allow the family feud to decide her life.
