Betrayals
Dru Anderson has lost her parents, her best friend is a werewolf, and she has just learned that the blood in her veins is not entirely human.
About
Betrayals is a novel by the American writer Lili St. Crow, published in 2009. It is the second book of the Strange Angels series, and it follows a girl who has grown up among things that most people do not believe in.
Dru Anderson's parents are gone, her best friend is a werewolf, and she has recently found out that her own blood is not entirely human. That turns out to be the least of her problems by the time this book begins.
She is now at a secret school in New England for teenagers like herself, and the difficulty with it is that she is the only girl in the place. A school full of boys would be manageable if her instincts did not keep telling her that one of them wants her dead.
With everybody watching her, the search for a traitor inside the school becomes something more dangerous than any social difficulty, and the novel follows Dru as she tries to work out who she can trust and whether she can trust herself.
